The lodge's location is truly picturesque, nestled in a serene woodland area that provides lovely walks and a peaceful atmosphere. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities left much to be desired, as I encountered issues like damp odors and broken amenities. While the friendly staff were present, they seemed overwhelmed, and I felt disappointed with the overall state of the place compared to previous visits.
My stay at the resort was pleasant, especially for an off-season booking. I loved the serene environment and the beautiful woodland views. However, I found the lodges a bit dated and could have used better maintenance. While the pool was a nice touch, it was disappointing to find it closed during my visit, which affected my overall experience.
I had a lovely week's stay in the resort, which provided a peaceful escape surrounded by beautiful woodland. The cabins were clean and well-equipped, making my stay comfortable overall. The staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely cared about our experience. However, I did notice a few maintenance issues and some amenities, like the swimming pool, had reduced hours, which was a bit disappointing.
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The location was truly beautiful and perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and I appreciated the spacious cabins. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities left a lot to be desired, which really hindered my overall experience. Also, the dining options were quite lacking, and the pool, while enjoyable, had some restrictions that weren't ideal for families.
My recent stay was quite pleasant overall. The surroundings were breathtakingly beautiful, and the cabin was clean and cozy. However, the exterior and furniture felt a bit outdated, and we faced some communication issues at check-in. Despite this, the peaceful atmosphere greatly contributed to our enjoyment of the trip.
